What do the boxes contain?
In general, the boxes contain almost everything you need; please see the information page for your desired box for a more detailed list. None of our boxes come with a video source - you will need to provide your own laptop, Blu-ray player, Chromecast/Fire TV Stick etc. This will be connected for you during set up.
What happens at the start of my hire?
On the day of your hire your chosen box will be delivered in the evening – the exact time will be confirmed. Upon delivery everything will be set up and you will be shown how everything works.
What happens at the end of my hire?
We will come to collect your box in the evening – the exact time will be confirmed. There is no need to disassemble everything as this will be done for you upon collection.
Can I hire a box for longer than 24 hours?
Yes, subject to availability our boxes can be hired for longer than 24 hours. Each subsequent 24 hour period will be offered at a 25% discount against the price for the first 24 hours.
Do you require a deposit?
Yes, a £75 deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your required date and protect against damage to equipment. This will be returned to you after the hire date unless:
- You cancel the booking within 7 days of the hire date
- Equipment was damaged during your hire period
What happens if equipment is damaged?
If the equipment is damaged during your hire, you will be liable for the cost of repair/replacement. Your £75 deposit will be forfeited and you will be invoiced for the remaining amount. We can provide a full list of replacement costs on request.
